It may have been two or three years ago when I first tried James “greens.” I was immediately hooked. From the first bite, I told James, “You have to sell these!” James has found a way to combine sweetness–along with a little bit of heat–with his greens which is just perfect.  Ah Hell, I wish I had some right now!
