Savory G is a new twist on the old southern favorite of Collard Greens and cooked Kale.  When we say new twist, we mean a new flavor option made to excite the taste buds of those people who enjoy cooked greens.

Our Greens–both the collards and Kale–are cooked carefully to meet the key requirements of taste and health consciousness. Our product comes in several varieties of taste options, some even suited for those who are diabetic, causing no increase in the Hypoglycemic index of the bloodstream.

We created Savory G to highlight the variety of future food options that Savory G will present in the future to change the way traditional foods are prepared for your dining pleasure.

Savory G founder:

James Chavis picked up his culinary tips from the Chavis women in his family, more specifically his aunt who heralded from Jackson, Mississippi, and was raised partly on the Choctaw reservation. She brought her brand of collard greens to the Washington, DC, area where a young James absorbed her knowledge and added his unique twist to her recipes.
